By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

  • Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Cut-off Time

Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Orders placed before 05:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 05:00 PM PST, on weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–12 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–15 business days from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat $4.99 Standard Shipping charge on all orders.

Shipping Locations

Rellor currently ships only within the United States.
Shipping Carriers We partner with major and reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used may vary depending on your location and order details.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation and Responsibility: An order is considered fulfilled once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided.
Once shipped, we will work with the carrier to resolve delivery issues. However, we will assist customers in resolving any delivery issues when possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. enter incorrect address product can not ship timely. 

Order Changes or Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, or once the order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
