At Rellor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Returns are also accepted for customer reasons, including a change of mind, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging where applicable

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at
support@rellor.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions along with a prepaid return label by email.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted 

Return Shipping: For approved returns, Rellor provides a prepaid return shipping label by email.

  • Customers are not charged return shipping fees.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@rellor.shop
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges: We also accept exchanges within 30 days. To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at support@rellor.shop with your order details and the replacement item you would like.

Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, or once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
